Jaime Portal Luchini is the composer, producer, arranger, and multi-instrumentalist for all of the albums that he has produced. He has an excellent grasp and understanding of music and harmony after studying and experimenting with them for many years.

Jaime, a native of Lima, Perú, resides in Southern California and has been interested in music ever since he can remember, influenced by musical artists such as The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Seru Giran, Mike Oldfield, Bjork, David Bowie, etc. Pop, electronica, rock, experimental, jazz, trip hop, synth-pop are just some of the elements that can be found in his music.

In 1998 he co-created Plaka, an experimental-ethnic pop band, that produced the album "Zona Testigo", which received excellent reviews from the press. Later, he was also involved in other musical projects such as Biocósmica and Quarter Note.

Deja que se Vayan, recorded in 2004, was his first solo work where he played the guitars, keyboards, bass, and sequences. However, Sexsonica, his second musical adventure, is by far the best known, making a trilogy: Sexualsong (2005), Sexualsong 2 (2006), and Sexualsong 3 (2007), and also a compilation album: Sexualsong Orgy. Sexualsong started out as just an experiment with erotic and electronica music, and now has surpassed all expectations and has sold thousands of albums online (through sexualsong.com) all over the world. Through this project, a major global company has taken on his name to help promote their new advertising campaign.

Jaime is also an artist, specializing in drawing, painting and design. He also designs all of the artwork for his covers. He is a former music teacher and has also developed courses in music, art, and online musical production.

Many fans have discovered Jaime's music online through CD Baby, iTunes, MySpace, Facebook, Bandcamp, Youtube (with almost 1 million views), etc.

At the end of 2008 he started working on his most recent project which was released in August, 2010 “Adictum Transition”. It is one of the most elaborate productions in today’s Electronica/Pop scene in California. This album can carry you through a wide spectrum of harmonies and a variety of sounds that run the gamut from acoustic to electronic. It is the first album that has been recorded in both, English and Spanish.
